Article 1

These Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the rights and obligations of the parties to sale via the website www.wauw.be.

The seller concerns BVBA WAUW.BE. (VAT BE0633.924.197), with registered office at 8550 Zwevegem, Kortrijkstraat 210 (hereinafter "Seller") The person who wishes to purchase is further referred to as the "Customer" and together they are called the "Parties".

The Customer explicitly acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

Article 2

The Customer has a right to access, modify, correct and delete the data relating to the Customer by contacting the Seller.

Article 3

The price of each Product or service sold on the Site is displayed in Euros and the price is valid at the time of confirmation of the order. If VAT is charged, this is included in the price. The price does not include delivery costs, which are always at the expense of the Customer and which can be calculated via the website. The delivery costs must be paid together with the price.

The Customer places his order by following the procedure on the website.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order, or to cancel delivery in the event of a dispute with the Customer, non-payment or reporting by the Bank, without any liability on the part of the Seller.

The Customer can cancel his order immediately after that order, as far as the payment has not yet been made.

Article 4

The Customer can pay with credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and Bancontact, as well as Ideal.

The transfer of ownership takes place only after full receipt of the payment by the Seller.

Article 5

The delivery of the products is done by the Seller at the address stated by the Customer to the person present there. Then the risk transfer also occurs. In the event of absence, a message will be sent indicating the procedure for receipt.

Immediately after receipt, the Customer must check the products and formulate any complaints, for which he has an expiration period of 24 hours after delivery.

Article 6

The Customer may inform the Seller of the company that he renounces his purchase, without payment of a fine and without stating reasons, within a period of 14 days, counting from the day following the day of delivery of the product. Only valid in the European Union. From this notification, the Customer has a period of 10 days to return the product to the Seller. In the event of non-compliance with these terms, the Customer is deemed to permanently abandon his right of withdrawal.

The return to the Seller will be made to the following address: Kortrijkstraat 210, 8550 Zwevegem (Belgium).

In case of lawful exercise by the Customer (and the products are still in impeccable condition in original packaging) of his right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the price paid by the Customer (excluding delivery costs) to the Customer within 30 days.

Article 7

In the case of consumer goods and thus the Customer has the status of consumer, a legal guarantee of one year applies for second-hand products and two years for new products. Any defect found within a period of 6 months after delivery is considered as an original defect. After this period, the Customer must provide proof that the alleged defect was present at the time of sale. If the warranty conditions are fulfilled, the Customer has the right, if possible, to replace the product or to refund the purchase price.

Article 8

The possible nullity of one or more clauses in these conditions does not entail the nullity of the complete conditions.

Belgian law applies exclusively to these sales. In case of dispute, only the competent courts of the judicial district of West Flanders, department Kortrijk, are competent.
