Beautiful ceiling lamp designed by Max Sauze in the 70's. The lamps are no longer produced and are a sought after object by vintage collectors.
Max Sauze was a sculptor and industrial designer who mainly concentrated on designing light objects.
He was well known for his symmetrical designs and made a lot of use of aluminum for his lighting.
The lamp was produced in the 70s by Atrow in France.
The ceiling lamp is handmade and consists of a metal frame and curved aluminum strips.
Due to the composition of the strips, the lamp reflects a beautiful and mysterious light.
The light is reflected as a light curtain on walls and ceiling.
