This rare vintage Camaleonda was originally finished in a luxurious velvet upholstery and consists of seven separate modules, allowing for endless variation. A timeless design, as functional as it is sculptural, and today it is acclaimed worldwide as one of the greatest classics of Italian design.
Designed by Mario Bellini in 1971 for B&B Italia, the Camaleonda quickly became an icon in the world of interior design. The strength of the design lies in its revolutionary modular system, where each seat cushion, backrest and armrest can be individually connected and detached via an ingenious network of cables and rings. This allows the sofa to effortlessly adapt to any space – from open loft to intimate sitting area.
What makes this set extra special is that it is a first edition, still in its original state. The velvet upholstery is in exceptionally good condition and contributes to the rich, warm look of the whole.
