Angelo Mangiarotti Italian Eros Console for Skipper Black Marquina Marble
This rare console was designed by Angelo Mangiarotti and manufactured in 1971 by Skipper in Italy. The table consists of a solid Marquina marble top that rests on two conical cylinders.
He was a master of innovation and could conquer the world with his designs based on gravity.
For example, he designed his collection of marble tables without any form of connections or clamps. His works have been shown in many exhibitions around the world, including the Pompidou Center in Paris, the Triennale Design Museum in Milan and Gallery MA in Tokyo.
